Where we deliver

We deliver to physical addresses within South Africa. Please provide a complete delivery address and a reachable contact number. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delivery fees

R40 standard delivery for orders below R249.
Free standard delivery for orders of R249 or more.
The threshold is calculated after discounts and before shipping charges.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 8–10 business days in total after payment confirmation, including order preparation and courier delivery.

Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays. Delivery estimates may be affected by courier delays, severe weather or strikes.

Our late-dispatch promise

If your order has not been dispatched within 10 business days after payment confirmation, we will add a free item to your order. This promise relates to dispatch, not delays after the courier has collected your parcel, and does not limit your statutory rights.

Tracking and assistance

When tracking is available, we will send the details to the email address or telephone number provided at checkout. Contact us if your parcel is delayed or you need help with your delivery.
